Dr. Rydell frequently contracts with governmental agencies, school districts and individual families to provide consultations on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. The SCERTS© Model and Learning Style Profile form the basis and theoretical foundations for Dr. Rydell's consultations. Consultations are conducted on-site, or mobile devices, Facetime® or Skype technologies may be used. Consultation priorities and outcomes include:
     1. Identifying core challenges of ASD, needs, strengths and learning styles
     2. Identifying interpersonal supports and learning supports
     3. Providing recommendations regarding intervention methods and strategies
     4. Demonstrating and modeling practical intervention methods and strategies
     5. Providing recommendations regarding intervention goals and objectives
     6. Meeting and coordinating with staff, teachers, and parents
     7. Developing ASD programs
     8. Providing professional, paraprofessional, parent support and follow-up
